Christian Le Clercq
Christian Le Clercq, EIPAL President and founder of the Forum for Tomorrow think tank, has a life-long experience of Brussels public relations. He has been a PR manager with Belgian bank Générale de Banque until 1970 when he created his own Public Relations agency. Among others, he has worked for SAS, Börsen of Denmark and the Aerospace Division of Scania. Le Clercq, Belgian born in 1933, is author of several publications and founded EIPAL in 1994. Mr Le Clercq’s languages are French, English, German and Dutch.

Sören Haar
Sören Haar, EIPAL Director of Studies and partner and senior consultant of EACON (European Affairs Consulting Group) has been working in Brussels since 1994. Born in 1966, he worked for four years in the EU institutions (European Parliament, Council of Ministers and European Commission). After having worked as public affairs consultant for CENPO, he became managing director and head of the Brussels office of Euro P.A. Consulting in 1988, before joining EACON in 2003. Sören Haar is German and Danish citizen and fluent in English, French, German and Italian.

André Bunis
André Bunis, EIPAL Coordinator, has had various experiences with media outlets and organizations as a journalist and communication consultant before joining EIPAL, and maintains his collaborator position with a family-run enterprise. Born in 1979, André Bunis is fluent in English, French, Italian and Romanian and has working knowledge of Dutch, Spanish and German.

Pierre M. Oury
Pierre Oury, EIPAL adviser, is a specialist of the banking and finance sector. During 26 years, he was active in financial companies around the globe. For 10 years, he has been a member of the executive committee of a leading Belgian banking group, in charge of research and development of new products and services linked to economic growth and internationalisation and linked to information systems. Mr Oury is currently working as senior international consultant. Mr Oury is Belgian and fluent in English, French and Dutch.
